The poll for April's Book of the Month is now in
progress. The selection of books taken from the chick lit genre
can be viewed by clicking here, or by following the links on
the left. Voting will close on March 28th, so nip along
and make your vote count now.

This month's war book is the inspiring
drama Charlotte Gray by Sebastian Faulks which tells the
story of a young woman's infiltration of a small town in
occupied France.
Next month's Book of
the Month genre is travel, and all suggestions must be in
before March 28th. I can't wait to see what you come up
with!

We're currently reading #84, Gormenghast
by Mervyn Peake, a fantasy and comic classic. Click on the picture for

Best of the Rest

March's Best of the Rest book is the
non-fiction classic, The Blood and the Shroud by Ian Wilson
which investigates the history and science at the heart of
the legend of The Turin Shroud. Click on the picture above

April's book has been drawn and it is the
science fiction classic that was the inspiration for Ridley
Scott's epic film Blade Runner - Do Androids Dream of
Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick. Click on the picture
